What WKit Does

WKit is a platform for creators to sell digital products and 1-on-1 consultation sessions. We provide tools to build booking pages, collect payments, and manage client sessions.

Creator Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content on your booking pages.
• You must honour bookings made by your clients.
• You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use WKit for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Creator-Published Content and AI-Generated Copy

WKit provides AI-assisted tools to help creators generate page copy, including testimonials, statistics, and other marketing claims. All content published on a creator's sale page or booking page is solely the creator's responsibility. By publishing a page, you warrant that all content — including any AI-generated copy you have reviewed and kept — is accurate, truthful, and complies with all applicable consumer-protection and advertising laws.

WKit does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for testimonials, statistics, or any other claims made on creator pages. Creators indemnify and hold WKit harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content on their published pages.

Payments and Fees

• WKit facilitates payments through Razorpay.
• Transaction fees may apply as per the payment provider's terms.
• WKit's platform fee, if any, will be disclosed clearly before each transaction.

Google Calendar Integration

By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize WKit to access your Google Calendar solely to: (1) create booking events when a client books a session, (2) read your availability to prevent double bookings, and (3) generate Google Meet video call links for your sessions.

WKit does not sell, share, transfer, or disclose your Google Calendar data to any third party. Your Google user data is used exclusively within WKit's backend to operate the booking functionality above and for no other purpose, including advertising or AI model training.

You can revoke this access at any time from your Settings page. Upon disconnection, your stored OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. Upon account deletion, all associated Google Calendar data is permanently removed within 30 days. Our handling of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limitation of Liability

WKit is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed bookings, payment disputes between creators and clients, or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
