Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Digital products (such as ebooks, guides, presets, and templates) are delivered instantly. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• The product was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
• The product is materially different from its description, or is faulty and the creator cannot resolve it.

2. 1-on-1 Bookings & Consultations

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
• If a creator cancels or fails to attend a confirmed session, you are entitled to a full refund or reschedule.

3. Who Sets the Terms

Individual creators may set their own refund terms, shown on the relevant product or booking page. Where a creator's stated terms differ from this policy, the terms shown at the point of purchase apply.

4. Platform & Processing Fees

Where a refund is issued, the Wkit platform fee and payment-gateway processing charges may be non-refundable, to the extent permitted by our payment partners.

5. Subscription Plans

Wkit subscription plans (W Power monthly, W Core annual) can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email grow@wkit.app with your order details (order ID, email used, and reason). We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
